Rankings use published reports on Quaerent from the last 3 months. Ghost rate is the share of reports where the candidate was ghosted after the company had already made contact — recruiter outreach or an interview. No response after applying is tracked separately. Transparency score (0–100) reflects hiring communication — response timing, ghosting, interviews, and offers. A company needs at least 5 published reports to appear. Reports are voluntary, so experiences may lean negative. More reports usually mean a clearer picture.
