Use of the platform
By using Quaerent, you agree to:
- provide truthful and lawful information
- respect the platform rules and review decisions
- avoid abusive, misleading, or harmful behavior
User-submitted content
Quaerent allows users to submit anonymous reports about hiring experiences. You remain fully responsible for any content you submit.
You must not submit content that is false, defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or that includes personal contact details or sensitive information about identifiable individuals.
Moderation and removal
Quaerent reserves the right to review, reject, edit, unpublish, or remove any submitted content at its sole discretion, especially if it violates our policies, creates legal risk, or harms the integrity of the platform.
Publication of a report is not guaranteed, and moderated content may be removed at any time.
Platform responsibility
Quaerent provides a platform for user-submitted experiences and aggregated hiring insights. We do not independently verify every statement submitted by users.
Content published on the platform reflects personal experiences and opinions, and may not represent the views of companies or third parties mentioned.
Availability
We aim to keep Quaerent available, secure, and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Features, content, and availability may change at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quaerent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational damages arising from the use of the platform or reliance on its content.

Connected AI assistants
You can connect an AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your Quaerent account. This is optional. Quaerent works the same without it.
What you authorize.
Before an assistant can reach your account, you approve a consent screen that lists what it will be able to read and write. It gets nothing beyond that list.
You approve what gets saved.
A connected assistant is required to show you what it is about to save or change, and to ask for your approval first. Read what it shows you before you approve. Once you approve, the change is yours, as if you had made it on the site.
The assistant is not Quaerent.
It is provided by another company, under its own terms and privacy policy. Quaerent does not control what the assistant says and is not responsible for its answers, including how it reads, summarizes or acts on your data. Company metrics stay what they are on the site: patterns from candidate reports, not proof about any employer.
Your resume stays with you.
Resume prompts are built from the job details and the skills saved in your account. Your resume stays in your conversation with the assistant. Quaerent never receives it.
Disconnecting.
You can disconnect an assistant at any time from your account, under Connected apps. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to its access.
Limits.
We may limit, suspend or end a connection to protect your account or the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Harris County, Texas.
