Transparency

Why this page exists
Quaerent is built around anonymous candidate experiences and aggregated hiring insights.
Because hiring transparency is a sensitive topic, we believe it is important to explain how the platform works, how content is handled, and what limits are built into the system.
Anonymous by design
Quaerent is designed to let candidates share hiring experiences without requiring personal identification.
We do not ask users to publicly identify themselves when submitting a report, and published content is intended to focus on company-level hiring experiences rather than individuals.
Moderation before publication
Reports submitted to Quaerent may be reviewed before publication.
We aim to reduce harmful, abusive, misleading, or overly identifiable content, while preserving legitimate candidate experiences and useful hiring transparency signals.
What we do not allow
To keep contributions safe and privacy-respecting, Quaerent may remove or redact:
- personal identifying information or sensitive contact details
- harassment or targeted personal attacks
- spam, irrelevant content, or clearly deceptive submissions
How insights are generated
Quaerent does not claim to verify every individual report as a factual record.
Instead, the platform focuses on patterns across multiple anonymous submissions to generate aggregated signals such as communication quality, response timing, and hiring transparency trends.
Limits of the platform
Quaerent is not a court, an employer review certifier, or an official source of company policy.
Published content reflects candidate-reported experiences and should be understood within that context.
Content review and removal
If a report appears to violate our policies or raises legitimate concerns, it may be reviewed, edited, unpublished, or removed.
Review outcomes depend on policy compliance and any relevant supporting context provided.
